Sidney Elementary School held its second annual Winter Warrior Wonderland event in December.

 

About 250 people came and participated, which is up about 100 from the inaugural event, and about double of other previous family engagement nights.

 

During the night, activities were set up throughout the school, in classrooms. Tickets could be earned, which could then be used for snacks or raffles.
Survey results were overwhelmingly positive and the district is planning on having this event again next year.
