Fourth graders visit Sidney Veterans Memorial Park

Fourth graders from Sidney Elementary visited Sidney Veterans Memorial Park in early June, meeting and interacting with local veterans.

During the visit, students visited different stations to learn about veterans, what they did, and who they are. They also learned about the memorial wall, as well as had the chance to sit in an Army jeep and sing patriotic songs, among other work sessions.
