SSADD donates $4,000 to Hope and Heroes
Members of school administration and SSADD members with a check to donate.

This past October, the Sidney Central School District and the Sidney Students Against Destructive Decisions (SSADD) organized a 5K walk/run for children’s cancer.

This past week, the club donated $4,000 to Hope and Heroes. The money came from proceeds of the race.

SSADD will once again host a race this fall on October 21. Proceeds this year will go to the Tim Tebow Foundation, which focuses on children with terminal illness, treatments, and opportunities for those less fortunate. During the day, there will be a live band and food to follow.

Registration is open at www.localraces.com and searching “SCD second annual run.”
