The Sidney Central School marching band will travel to Syracuse on Nov. 14 to perform during the second annual SU Band Day.
Sidney will join forces with 17 other schools, as well as Syracuse’s marching band, and perform as part of the halftime show at the Syracuse/Clemson game.
Following a short pre-game rehearsal in the Carrier Dome, Sidney will join Syracuse’s band in the stands before taking the field at halftime.
The music department would like to thank the Sidney Central School District for continued support, and for allowing students to experience the excitement of performing in front of a large crowd. In addition, the game is scheduled to be televised nationally.
