Senior Art Show set for June 1 at the Harrington Gallery
The Sidney High School visual arts department will hold its annual Senior Art Show on Wednesday, June 1. This year, the show will be hosted at the Harrington Gallery on Cartwright Avenue in Sidney.

The opening reception will be held from 4-6 p.m. June 1. The show will remain at the gallery throughout the month, closing at 4 p.m. June 25, which is also graduation day at Sidney Central School.

Gallery hours are 3:30-6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturdays.

All seniors who have taken an art class have the opportunity to exhibit their work created during the past four years. The staging of the show is a collaborative effort between gallery owner Dan Harrington, Sidney art teachers Alan Robinson and Chris Lissandrello, and the seniors.

High School Art Club 313 will assist in providing and serving refreshments for the opening. Students will also have the opportunity to sell some of their work.

Lissandrello said he thanks Harrington for giving the seniors the experience of showing in a professional gallery.
