Sidney SSADD seeking donations for holiday event
Sidney Students Against Destructive Decisions are working on a toy and clothing drive for this holiday season.
The donations will go to local community members in need during the holiday season.
SSADD is a club established late last year.
The club is asking people for the following items:
- Gently used or new toys (please no plush toys)
- Gently used or new clothes in all sizes/genders (excluding undergarments)
These donations are for all ages.
Donations will be accepted starting October 24 and run through December 2. Those who can donate items can drop them off from 7-3 p.m. at the middle school loading dock.
A community event, which will include the chance to get some needed items, will be held December 10 (snow date of December 17). More information about that will follow.
