The Lil’ Sprout Savings Club through Sidney Federal Credit Union has launched for students in grades 3-6! This partnership between SFCU and the Sidney Central School District will help teach students about financial literacy. The program will allow interested students to open an account with SFCU, and will also be able to make cash deposits right at school. Deposits must be $50 or less.

SFCU’s mascot Sprout came to the 3-6 PRIDE awards on Thursday as the program was announced to students. A flier (attached to this post) and letter will be sent home with students for parents to see all details.

Sprout also popped in to see the K-2 PRIDE awards and say hi to the students!
