April 5, 2020 updates: Food service plan

This is an update for the food service plan for the Sidney Central School District.

Sidney CSD will continue to provide food service to the school community. However, there will be changes to the weekly schedule.

The plan for Monday, April 6, and Tuesday, April 7, will include breakfast and lunch available for pick up at the junior/senior high school from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. The district will also continue mobile deliveries to the locations listed below.

The plan for Wednesday, April 8, will include a bulk food delivery.

Moving forward, the district will move to a once-per-week bulk food delivery on Wednesdays. The food delivered Wednesdays will be door-to-door for all who have signed up. If you have not signed up at any of the mobile locations or at the school for delivery, please be sure to do so on Monday or Tuesday when picking up food.

Once again, from Wednesday moving forward, there will be no pickups at the school or mobile locations – only the bulk home deliveries. So please make sure to sign up if you haven’t already.

Please note: Some food needs to be refridgerated right away, so please do not let food sit outside.
