SSADD honors two healthcare workers
Sidney Students Against Destructive Decisions (SSADD) has launched a new initiative that will recognize and show appreciation to those who work in healthcare, especially during the pandemic.

Two were honored for the month of December. Those honored had a video interview with members of SSADD, and were given a small gift to show appreciation.

The first two honored were Sidney CSD nurse Ruth Boyce, and Amanda Schmitz-Scott, phlebotomy supervisor at A.O. Fox Hospital.

The criteria for those honored: The nominee should go above and beyond normal daily tasks to provide for all patients, and they must be reliable. Attendance, willingness to help, and attention to detail should also be above standard. The nominee should constantly provide quality service that exceeds all expectations.
