This year marks the first year that current first graders have had robotics as one of their special classes.
In order to demonstrate the uniqueness of the class, students in first and second grades enjoyed a meet-and-greet session with Sidney CSD’s robotic celebrity Syd, a humanoid robot. Students enjoy getting to know him through questions. It also helps teacher Deb Vaughan learn more about each student!
