Four Sidney CSD students have been selected to participate in the third annual Hartwick Honor Band, hosted by Hartwick College on Saturday, October 26.
The four representing Sidney will be Anna Dewey (flute/piccolo), Liam Gronwall (alto saxophone), Ethan Moodley (trumpet), and Sam Bagley (trombone).
Sidney’s group will join students from other area schools to perform alongside Hartwick College’s Wind Ensemble.
During the day, the students come together for an intensive day of music-making with faculty and students at Hartwick. That is followed by the concert, which is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. in the Anderson Center Theater at Hartwick. The concert is open to the public.
