Thirty students in grades 5-8 were recognized by the Binghamton Devils for their academic achievements in physical education class.
In January, the students were recognized during an intermission of a Devils game. This past week, the Devils and Pudgies sponsored a pizza party at the school for the students.
On top of that, when the 5th and 6th graders received their pizza party, they also had a chance to meet Devil Dawg, the mascot for the Devils.
Each student was also presented with a certificate from the Devils.
