The Sidney High tennis team honored law enforcement earlier this week with a ceremony before its first home match.
Law enforcement officers from the Sidney Police Department, New York State Police, and the Delaware County Sheriff's Office were present to be honored.
Team members presented the individuals with shirts and bracelets. Students in Sidney's music program were on hand to perform the national anthem.
The team used this ceremony to recognize and thank the officials for their dedication and hard work to keep our communities safe.
NBT, Great American, and Mirabito also sponsored the event along with the team.
