Sidney Central School 12th Annual K-12 Select Art Exhibition will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 30 in the elementary and junior high school hallways.

The exhibit showcases the best artwork made by Sidney students, from kindergarten to 12th grade.

The event used to be held in the high school community room, but was moved to the hallways between the elementary school cafeteria and the junior high school main office.

Display boards and showcases will feature drawing, paintings, prints, photographs, collages, sculptures, masks, puppets and ceramics, all made by Sidney students.

The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments, provided by the high school’s Art Club 313, will be served in the elementary cafeteria.

The opening reception is at 6:30 p.m. and closes at 8 p.m. Musical accompaniment is provided by JP Dewey on keyboard.

The show will remain intact through May 16.
