The Faire teamed with Stephanie Straub’s Advertising Design class for the second straight year, giving students a chance to collaborate in a real-world environment. Heather Baker, an occupational therapist at Sidney, owns the Faire.
Jaiylee was presented tickets to the Faire for her winning design, which has been being used to promote the event.
Great job!

Three of the students (Josh McNamara, Connor van der Sommen, and Parker Harrington) went beyond the normal triathlon and did an “ironman” version where they each did the course twice.

Week two is in the books! The summer enrichment program brought creativity, curiosity, and sunshine!
Week two offered another round of hands-on learning, joyful experiences, and beautiful weather! Our students stayed active, engaged, and, most importantly, left each day smiling (and a little tired, too!).
Highlights from the week included:
- A dive into the imaginative world of Dr. Seuss
- Exploring sea turtle facts and habitats
- Art history lessons and hands-on creativity
- Summertime cooking fun
- Mystery-solving and puzzle challenges
- Plenty of crafts and colorful creations
- El Verano Brillante (“The Bright Summer”)—a vibrant cultural experience
- And our Sports Camp focus: Tennis!
Our reading groups also continued, providing meaningful check-ins to help students stay connected with books and build those all-important reading habits we value year-round.
Two more weeks remain!
