This spring, Cornell Cooperative Extension's Amy Van Alstyne led members of Green Thumb Growers Guild through a cooking and nutrition course. We learned to make salad, dressing, salsa, and pizza, - all with fresh healthy vegetables and herbs. Here are some great photos from that experience.
